AVenabler addon is a must from now on

As the title says you now have to have the addon "AVenabler" if you want to participate in the Maniac Mondays.

The reason for this is that if we join as a group we have to wait forever to get into the battleground. AVenabler solves this problem, but when using it everyone needs to talk to the BG-master and not move away from him. It is also important that noone enters or does anything themselves. The raidleader will control the signup and entering or else we will end up splitting the group.
